Overall, using Canvas has been an amazing experience and the site has clearly strived to go above and beyond the traditional learning management system. They have included features that few other platforms have like "What if" scores for each assignment for a course. I would definitely recommend this platform for any school to use.

It allowed you to view how you did on an exam or assignment compared to other students in the class. Additionally, you could put in "What if" scores to see what grade you would need to get on assignments in order to get a certain grade in a class.
Puntos en contra
I didn't like how Canvas sometimes marked assignments that were simply placeholders or didn't count for any credit in a course would be labelled as "late" when nothing was submitted on a specified due date.

I overall, had a great experience with Canvas in my undergraduate career of college and will continue using it in graduate school. I think there are minor inconveniences, but overall it definitely helped me stay on top of my coursework and retrieve resources/reach out to professors when needed.

I enjoy how all of my assignments and college coursework is in one place. I find it easy now to message professors and manage groupwork as well as stay on top of deadlines.
Puntos en contra
I thought the application was difficult to navigate when first learning it and sometimes feel like documents and resources get "lost" in classes that have too many modules or files available.

It’s no better or worse than any of the other popular university classroom management systems. The biggest problem is professors not knowing how to use it, uploading things in the wrong spaces, and then confusing students. If the space were more standardized or had better user-training, this wouldn’t be a problem.

Canvas has a lot of tools and is always up and running. I’ve never had a technical problem with Canvas.

It’s too disorganized. In trying to do everything, it became discombobulated and not user friendly anymore. Students are usually much better at using Canvas than professors.

What I like most about Canvas is it's ability to show and keep my schoolwork in one place and pick up where I left off. I as a student I use Canvas a lot and need it for my college work. It is really easy to use. It's really easy to navigate between courses and keeping them managed into one place.
Puntos en contra
I have had some issues with Canvas such as glitches, and bugs. However, I have never needed to use Customer Service for my needs. I believe it is still better than some of the other software's out there.

We have been using Canvas at our K-12 district for more than a decade. We have grown with the company as it has expanded into the K-12 market space and love that we have been able to reap the benefits of being an early adopter.

Right now I would say that we are struggling the most with the conversion from the classic assessment "Quizzes" to the New Quiz online assessment feature.
