As long as you stay in the Google tools you're ok. Once you try to switch to MS Office or even move it to a PDF things may get lost in the transition

Pros for using Google Calendar:
Frsrtly I like the clean interface. Google Calendar offers excellent value since most features are free and accessible across devices. The support is limited compared to paid tools, but the product is stable enough that I rarely need help. Adding events, reminders, and syncing across devices is seamless which makes it more intuitive. Sharing calendars with colleagues or family and scheduling meetings is straightforward and saves time. Integration with Gmail is smooth also editing or rescheduling events is quick.
Puntos en contra
Being an Indian user residing in Maharashtra, I wish Google showed more regional events like Ekadashi, Poornima, or other cultural observances. currently it only highlights major holidays, which limits its usefulness to local traditions. Once in a blue moon it happens that, event details disappear if I click outside the pop-up while creating them, which can be frustrating for end users.

I like that Google Calendar syncs with just about any software. This is a huge benefit because it makes my job most efficient. I can download an app for my computer without having to log into the web to see it too.

I has some serious clunkiness to it. Like I have to always go into other to create an event. All options should just show up. I shouldn't have to click multiple times to get my options.

Google Calendars make our day to day business run smoothly, with notifiactions set, you'll never be late for an appointment again.

An invaluable tool, Calendar allows me to keep track of my day to day business invite people to meetings and events, and share calendar with clients and colleagues. the ability to embed my calendar into our website allows clients to view my availability saving time emailing back and forth with dates. Google calendar can be intergrated on to my mobile devices and can be viewed anywhere without having to switch on my computer. the ability to colour code events and calendars plus manage multiple calendars from one account is a massive bonus and we've never had any bugs nor issues with lost data.

There's nothing to dislke, all our needs are met with google calendars. We wouldn't use any other calendar.

Essential for my day planning and time management. I put all my sprint planning and standup here. Without this, I will miss many important meetings. It is simple, fast, and works on my phone and laptop perfectly without any crash.

Interface is very clean and simple. Easy to see my coding blocks and meeting time. Time zone conversion is life saver for working with US clients. Integration with Google Meet is one click, very fast to join the daily standup call.
Puntos en contra
Mobile widget sometimes not update instantly on screen. Reminders are easy to miss if notification sound is off on laptop. Hard to find old meeting details in search sometimes. Too many colors look messy if many team calendars are added together.
