Additionally, the platform lacked functionality we previously had with another provider, including more flexible reporting, document management with e-signature, seamless data integrations, and timekeeping controls and administrative visibility are limited. > > Our overall experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the critical nature of payroll. Communication was often reactive rather than proactive, which made managing employee expectations difficult when issues arose. There was also misalignment between sales and support teams regarding included services, resulting in avoidable follow-up and delays.
