The basic functions are intuitive and a new user can navigate the program without much instruction. As a user becomes more advanced, MyCase offers training and tutorials, and has a plethora of add-ons available, allowing a user to really customize the program to their needs. For me, the most valued features are the ability to accept online payments, the communication and notes features, the time tracking and billing features, and the leads tracking. > > **Puntos en contra**: The email integration is not seamless. I wish that there was a way for emails send to/from a connected email to automatically synch with any client who has a matching registered email address. Additionally, my rate has consistently gone up; I don't use a lot of the add-on features that are the justification for the price increases. > > I rave about MyCase anytime a colleague asks my opinion. They require accounting “onboarding” which is two steps, not the one step they promise, and each appointment takes a week to schedule (they only do those on Tuesdays and Thursdays, according to their calendar system). I have always been able to reach customer service any time I have had an issue with the program, which is very rare. It is very easy to upload documents to the portal for staff and our clients. The texting feature between staff and clients is a great addition over the years. This saves a lot of valuable time for our firm not having to meet with clients each time they have a question or concern. The billing system allows us to add time and expenses as we are working on each case. Running invoiced every month is simple and we are able to email or upload the invoice to the client portal. This is also helpful as we are able to see if the client has reviewed the invoice. > > **Puntos en contra**: None, that I am aware of. I have worked in office with no case management program. I have also worked in office with other case management programs.
