Same as Outlook, these apps are standard office apps on the market and anyone can compete even closely. - All the applications allow you to collaborate and share files with other users. You can work with someone on the same Excel spreadsheet or Word file, the other user just needs to have a license for MS 365 apps on their device if they want to do it in desktop version. - File conversion is easy.
