> **Puntos a favor**: I love the easy of use and complete feature set.  With the new HTML widgets in the dashboards, Ubifunctions and key integrations, it is a very complete service.  Customer service is amazing so I am very content.

> **Puntos en contra**: There are some features I would love to see such as "event on data send".  That said, new functions are being added all the time and the programmable nature of the platform makes it easy to find an alternative way of achieving what you need.

> **Puntos a favor**: Customer support is fantastic, the tools, including plugins and custom functions, have made it easy to integrate new products, while the continually expanding features allows us to keep adding new functionality and capabilities for our end users.

It’s easy to exceed the 20 variables limit when expanding an existing deployment, particularly with soil moisture probes where a single sensor can use as many as 24 variables. We understand the rationale, but it’s something to be aware of during system growth.

> We have been using Ubidots for several years and have found it exceptional in both its capabilities and flexibility, as well as in the quality of support we receive from the Ubidots team.
As a small business, we rely heavily on a stable, well supported IoT platform that we can confidently deploy our client facing applications.
