The platform itself has glaring bugs, such as the recurrent sending of messages to guests, which only exacerbated their frustration. Our monetary concerns went unaddressed as well; we were overcharged without notice or explanation, paying $20 per door as opposed to the agreed-upon $15. Additionally, the $150 onboarding fee yielded a lackluster introduction to the system, leaving us with unanswered questions and uncertainty.
