> **Puntos a favor**: FinCell offers good user experience and nice design that can be adapted to a particular situation. FinCell team is flexible adding additional functionality, has experience in local market and allows expanding with already built functionality free of charge.

> **Puntos en contra**: Starting to work with SaaS product requires broader organizational adjustments which takes time. It is not so simple as plug-and-play and we needed to perform adjustments on our end. In addition, it may be time-consuming to determine where issues arise and who needs to perform a fix, testing requires input on our end and new functionality may require adaptations on our side for cost that is not included in monthly fee.

> Working with SaaS solution reduces costs significantly and brings know-how and quality to customer channels effectively. It is quite competitive solution to launch app and develop further based on customer needs.

We have plans to expand functionality later and this can be done easily. Also, it is priced and is much more efficient than doing it in-house
