This saves a lot of confusion and running around when a client calls to ask our Admin team what the timeline of their return, bookkeeping, etc.

> **Puntos en contra**: There is not really anything that comes to mind when thinking about my least favorite feature. Firm 360 is constantly doing updates and informing us on "what's new." The team at Firm 360 are also open to suggestions which is great\!

> **Puntos a favor**: Project tracking is straight-forward and easy. File versioning is helpful when dealing with documents that get frequent edits. The recent addition of folders for files is very helpful for organizing client data.

It isn't at all uncommon that I'll be rapidly juggling tasks and clients, so being able to edit individual punches in both time and date would be useful. Even the cheapest timeclock systems like do this \*much\* better than Firm360.

It is only when occasional issues with time tracking crop up or you need to do deep document searches that some friction can be encountered.2FA challenge frequency is almost certainly too high. If I step away from the desk for an hour, it shouldn't be necessary to get sent an authentication code while in the same browser session.

We got document management in the bargain, much easier billing processes that result in getting paid sooner, better task management. Customer support is top notch\! They care, are responsive and are continually improving their product based on feedback. The comparison leaves Thomson Reuters far behind in the dust.

> **Puntos en contra**: The setup of a new system is never fun, but they did offer us a lot of support in getting everything up and running. The cost for set up I listed is what we paid a third party to get our old data moved into the new system.
We don't have all of the reports we were used to and have missed some of those, but we can easily export to Excel and manipulate the data to our heart's content. That was inexplicably difficult in Practice CS because it required a lot of data cleanup first.
Would also be nice to be able to add "upload only" access for some users who need to upload bookkeeping or payroll info to us, but be restricted from other access.

> Fantastic. I'm biased because I chose it, but we have been very happy overall. The UX is leaps and bounds above PracticeCS. We also previously used GoFileRoom, and the ability to search for docs by typing in a word actually works in Firm360, and we replaced NetClientCS. With Firm360, the documents are immediately and reliably delivered to a client when we want. Our tax return delivery process is also much more streamlined.
