I switched from teachable and teachable does not have the functionality that LearnWorlds does and it also has a really simple start up process. LearnWorlds has more going on when you login and so you have to process more information to get started. Overall I still find it really simple and intuitive. There is a resource center that has hundreds of useful articles that are very well put together, and when I can't find what I need, I just put in a ticket and get an answer by email usually within a day. I have found that their help desk people put thought into their responses and offer appropriate suggestions and link relevant articles.
