The customer service is exceptional - from the customer service team, the avaialbility of contacting support and the things that Everlaw has chosen to include in the subscription (i.e. number of users being free), makes it a stand alone product. > > **Puntos en contra**: What I least like about Everlaw is that they are constantly updating the software, so even when I think I know how to use something, they go and make it better and I miss the release. That is really the only thing I can complain about. I can't keep up with the awesome things that make the platform better time and time again. > > Overall cost savings. The continuous updates to Everlaw have been great as well, such as being able to rotate a single page now and not all pages in a document. I also find the ability to unitize large files very useful when it comes to redacting and creating an accurate privilege log. > > **Puntos en contra**: I would like to be able to delete a page in a document (such as a blank pages that are part of a file import/upload). I would also like the ability to be able to rename any and all files/matters created. Another feature I would love to see is the ability to move or copy a timeline into another matter as sometimes I have cases that have overlapping, relevant information to more than one case. > > Overall I absolutely love using Everlaw and find it to be a great tool for organizing, reviewing, redacting, searching and producing documents in the discovery process. In fact, it's usually cost-prohibitive.
