In my case, each rely took one week to get an answer, and messages have never come in correctly. out of about 250 messages over two days, only 3 came in / were attended to. > > It's a good and basic calendar and operation organization tool, and if this is what you need then this is the right fit. For the price of that feature, it works. a lot of manual input is needed right now. They are working on features that let service providers set their own hours, which will then make automating assignments much easier.
