Despite submitting a simple request for read-only API access, we haven’t received any response for weeks. This has limited our ability to implement offline conversion tracking and build reporting dashboards leadership is actively asking for. When Neos positions itself as having an open API and being collaborative with client teams, the lack of follow-up here has been frustrating and disruptive. > > Overall, Neos has been a solid platform for running the operational side of the firm. It brings structure, organization, and consistency to case management, which helps teams work more efficiently and deliver a better client experience.
