All clocked hours are visible over the course of the pay period. Requests for punch adjustments are submitted through the software, as well as requests for use of vacation time, and reporting of sick time used. I always double check the daily log to ensure each punch is recorded, and sometimes have to click through a second time. With it, I can customize clock in/out and other features by company, division, or even a single employee. As an Administrator of the system, what I like most about TCP is that it is highly customizable, so it can accommodate all of our employees' needs. As a User, clocking in/out and viewing hours and leave requests (we use the Leave Request Module) is extremely easy to do. Along with clocking in/out via an actual clock, users may use a computer or their mobile phone/ipad to perform their TCP tasks and view TCP information pertinent to them. > > **Puntos en contra**: Because TCP is highly customizable, configuring features may be complicated and/or confusing. I think its unnecessary sonce everyone already has a unique TCP attached to their name. I think its irregular as well since it doesn't ask that everytime. When it doesn't ask for my ID, I have to check again to make sure the hours were recorded. > > Its worth it. It keeps an accurate record of my time and rounds up the minutes so I can get paid on time. It shows the exact time ypu clock in and out and the total hours / minutes rounded up. Its accessed to you and your employer as well.
