Accounts receivable does not follow the contracted price and up charges web services.  Company does not respond to correct over payments they charged for web services.  Sales, support routinely lie about helping to correct payment problems.

Very user friendly, I love the ease of the entire system. We had another EMR that was not easy to use at all, I did research on this one and I am so glad I did\!

> **Puntos en contra**: To be quiet honest, this is a new EMR for us, I have not found any Cons so far. I love the EMR. When I did my research for another EMR, I found this one and was really interested in it.  The one that we use to use was junk\!
