It took a little time to get used to the layout, but once it clicked, it became pretty straightforward to use. Moving between projects, issues, and pipelines feels natural. The built in code editor is handy for quick fixes or reviewing changes without opening another tool, which I found myself using more than expected. Task tracking is well thought out. Issues, boards, and milestones connect nicely, so it is easy to see what needs to be done and what is already in progress. It helps keep things organized, especially when working with a team. Performance has been reliable for me. Pipelines run without much delay, and I did not run into major slowdowns even on larger projects. The CI/CD setup is one of the stronger parts, since it makes building and deploying much smoother once everything is configured. Customer support has been decent, but honestly, I did not need to reach out much because the documentation usually answers most questions. When I did look things up, the guides were clear enough to follow without much confusion.
