As a revenue Manager and Hotel's OTA Manager, i have troubles because not all access are given to me by easy and i have to go through support...
But i like eZee because of his updates, and all the particular tools that helps us hotelier that you only find with ezee software

> What I like least about eZee Centrix is that when a booking is cancelled on an OTA, the payment status doesn't automatically update in the PMS. The reservation gets cancelled, but the payment still reflects as received, which can create confusion and requires manual correction.
