We use WorkTango for survey and to collect our employees opinion, tough, and experience while working on our organization. They can sent it while their identity is fully anonymous and thus resulting everyone can voicing their opinion freely.

I have no problem that i face while working with this platform. All of the data that are sent by our employees are safely stored on the platform, and the report for the survey forms is very detailed.

It provides a meaningful way to say thanks for specific contributions made by team members. Whether someone has gone above and beyond to help solve a problem or simply deserves recognition for their help, WorkTango allows me to publicly show my appreciation.

Pretty expensive and does not integrate with other systems. customer service was better when we started 3 years ago and when the model changed there was not enough communication about the change. I also feel like the improvement plans could be more robust with things other than articles. An integration for additional supervisor/manager training videos would be beneficial. A section on just completed your annual engagement survey not what....
