The one thing that I love about it is, the direct SMS sending option. I can distribute the survey via SMS without any hassles and use of any third-party software or automation. I can also schedule the SMS. I think it is a good platform for surveys. In addition, this is the only tool I know of that offers Offline Feedback... you saw that right\! offline feedback, which can be placed at your physical locations and start collecting feedback from your store visitors.
