Additionally, Funraise offers many other features such as customizable peer-to-peer platforms, automated emails, event ticketing, and more. I attempted to close our account via online Chat, left voice messages, and email correspondence. In July 2024, I had to pay a bank fee of $35 for a ACH stop payment transaction. Thankfully, I have a trail of email responses to show our bank in good faith we attempted to close our account with Funraise > > Initially great. We've run global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns with donors and volunteers from Microsoft, Amazon, Walt Disney Company, Netflix, Horizon Therapeutics ~ they have high expectations about the user experience and Funraise has never let us down. His knowledge of the platform and ability to offer solutions to issues that crop up is top notch. I also like the fact that the entire team is always looking to improve its product.
