It has also allowed us to enter data a point of service, instead of manually after the fact. I can't obtain data with multiple inputs - I know the data is there but it's impossible to pull out. In my opinion, a simple writing color change co9uld make it so much easier to read and much clearer. If the writing was darker in color it would be much better. > > I work specifically with identification and resolution of duplicate cases. It would be helpful if the case numbers used would appear anyplace the names are written.
