There’s no phone number to get live help, and everything seems to revolve around support tickets that don’t get answered right away. > > If you know what you’re doing, then it’s a great product. If you don’t need to edit your videos, and are great at recording on the fly, then this is a great option. The tracking has not worked since October, and no one at BombBomb has a clue how to fix it, and no one there seems to care. I would become their biggest cheerleader, if someone there would just show the slightest interest in helping.
