Like 24 hrs for an email response, and a large chance that the email response from support will ask for information that has already been asked and sent or was listed in the original request. After 7 days of back and forth with 3 different representatives asking the exact same question I moved to chat. They take almost 10 minues to respond to each chat message, but if you do not respond in less than 2 they start messaging asking if you left the chat already. It is not the fault of the reps, but is the fact that Lofty has them talking to multiple people at once, so they bounce between tasks and questions, and conversations trying to keep up and provide a very low level of service response time. > > Except for support I have been thrilled with Lofty.
