## Opiniones

### "Fantastic User Friendly Program" — 5.0/5

> **Melanie** | *30 de enero de 2019* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: Auctria is very intuitive, and so much easier to use than other nonprofit event softwares on the market. The database function is straight-forward and doesn't have too many layers to it, so data entry is really fast. The website, ticket sales component, donor/guest information, and night of event entry all sync together really well. It takes less than 5 minutes to train volunteers on guest registration, and the materials are quality. Any time that I have had an issue, which hasn't been often, Auctria will get back to me quickly with a solution.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: The only thing I would change would be to make the display sheets a little more dynamic, so they could be individually altered. Perhaps if there were an option to download them as a Word file, it would make it easier to adjust text sizing, photo sizing, etc. Also, it would be great if Auctria had a mobile bidding component.
>
> Auctria is a terrific product, and I recommend it to all of my clients and colleagues. It is a great value for the money, easy to use, and has incredible functionality.

### "Auction software with multiple capabilities" — 5.0/5

> **Nicole** | *28 de marzo de 2025* | Recaudación de fondos | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: Auctria has so much functionality for a low price. It is an easy-to-understand system with incredible capabilities. I also like that they partner with Stripe for credit card processing since this is a known and trusted brand.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: I did find some aspects difficult to figure out, but after some searching and excellent video tutorials, I figured it out.
>
> Overall, Auctria helped raise a lot more money for our organization\!

### "Great event website, don’t like the process to add auction items" — 3.0/5

> **Johni** | *23 de diciembre de 2024* | Recaudación de fondos | Valoración de la recomendación: 7.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: Liked the event website, pretty easy to add everything you need.
There is a lot of functionality available for data, wish it was easy to find
>
> **Puntos en contra**: It would have been helpful to have the items on a spreadsheet format that you could edit easily. It was difficult to always have to click on the edit item then have another page open to edit. I had so many pages open, it got confusing.
>
> Not too intuitive for accessing data. Trying to find meal options took awhile. It took too long to add all the auction items due to all the clicks to create a new item entry

### "Excellent Support and Overall Great Software" — 5.0/5

> **Pamela** | *2 de diciembre de 2024* | Instituciones religiosas | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: This software is very customizable; with some skill, you can make the website, item cards, and emails all look great. In ten auctions, I’ve found it to be quite reliable. The best thing though is the chat tech support; they seem to respond even outside their official hours, and I nearly always end up with a solution for my issue.
>
> **Puntos en contra**: It works out of the box, but it takes some work to make it look really good. Knowledge of CSS is a definite asset.

I like being able to import previous auctions rather than starting from scratch, but if you’ve been customizing emails etc., it can be difficult to find all the places that need updating for the next event.
>
> Really excellent. It’s great value for money. We wouldn’t be able to afford really expensive software, and Auctria does almost everything we want.

### "Thank you Auctria" — 5.0/5

> **Holly** | *16 de enero de 2025* | Administración educativa | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10
>
> **Puntos a favor**: user-friendly and supportive. I love the support for uploading all auction items and website design services for the elevated package?
>
> **Puntos en contra**: I wish they offered a discount as a repeat customer
>
> They were beneficial and supportive service. Easiest online auction set up ever.
