> **Puntos en contra**: It totally fails at accomplishing what it sets out to do.  I think they rushed the software to market.  It needs to have the bugs worked out of the system.

> The system freezes up when you try to create a report.  To work around this, I put my receipts in the receipt "Wallet". When I try to create an expense, it links the wrong receipt with my entry.  I wish they wouldn't have rushed to bring this system to market.  Maybe a competitor of theirs will take their idea and actually make a program that works...

I normally am not quick to take surveys or leave reviews with that being said if I receive top notch service I am happy to go out of my way to recognize service.  That is what \[sensitive content hidden\] provided\!  Very refreshing and not the kind of service offered by most companies today.
