Sitelink is easy to install, use and customize. It handles so many of the admin tasks that are vital for operations and integrates seamlessly to other operational software, like our merchant services, directory listings and website. Their support team is very responsive and has helped with anything that comes up. I truly feel that I have a tech team supporting me all the time.

It's easy to learn and there are different options to complete a tasks, with lots of shortcuts built in. Integrations have worked smoothly for us.

The auction/lien process could be fine-tuned. The letters don't seem to process the way they should. Would like to add ability to upload multiple images in the tenant account for liens from a tablet or phone. Also a map in the mobile version.

The ease of use. The program is very easyto learn and gives the user many options. The lead to lease offers many ways to track sales leads. The reports offer many ways to track and grow your business.

Multiple buttons that do the same functions. Condense and minimize to streamline the program. Offer a training mode so a new employee can actually do tasks in real time.

Thank you for the comments. We have a great new training program, "SiteLink Certified Professional." It's great for training long-time staff AND applicants and new employees alike. We launched it less than a year ago to rave reviews.
In some cases, we deliberately offer multiple ways to accomplish the same task, such as taking a payment. Example: you can enter payments from the button- or menu-driven navigation, but also from the interactive, three-dimensional property map. Our clients have asked for these options. We are glad we can deliver flexibility and choice.
Please call your account representative with any other suggestion or questions you may have right away. We offer great customer training programs. We have online videos and webinars. We can schedule GoToMeeting sessions for you and anyone on your team and record them for you. These training options, like our 7-day/week service, are all part of SiteLink at no additional cost.

Buggy would be an understatement. And just when things calm and seem to work, the next release comes out. We have called support and were told that given things were not possible, and when we told them that we can do it, we were just hoping for an easier way, they ask us to teach them. The software is difficult to use at best.

We have other facilities that use this software, the only benefit of using it is consistency within our organization.

They force updates, all untested without the ability to opt-out. This is mission critical software, it is industry standard to offer "long-term-support" versions, as well as a beta channel. SiteLink forces beta versions on all of their customers without any recourse when the software stops working.

I wish wish wish wish wish the map system would be better!!! When i open a new property and the map needs to be created for the property its the least favorite thing on my list!!

Thank you, the click and drag method has been the best and easiest we have found. Good news is, you can set up and customize the map yourself, and make changes later, on the Fly.
Wait until you see the new three-dimensional map in June 2018. You will be able to put that on your website too. It will work really well. And, you can always have us set up your map for you.

Ease of use, I can put someone who's never worked a day in storage at a computer and spend minimal time going over the basic functions and they are able to pick it up without issue as it's all straight forward.

Nothing to really dislike, anything if picked apart enough could be improved but there's no glaring issues that are dealbreakers for sitelink.
