As we use the Software for more than 10 years we, as well as our many locations, have from time to time placed many calls to SiteLink Support Team. The calls were always answered with a Top Smile and the individual knowledge of each Support Team Member was always there to assist us at all times\! SiteLink Team is indeed of the utmost Excellence\! ----- ### "SiteLink web edition lacks the ability to seamlessly run multiple facilities remotely" — 3.0/5 > **Alison** | *3 de mayo de 2018* | Gestión de inversiones | Valoración de la recomendación: 1.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I like the ease of use that the software offers. The learning curve is very small. The online training videos are great, support is excellent when they are able to help with your issue. Everything is in a place that seems to make sense. The flow from step-to-step is there. Fast process to rent, move-out, take payments, etc. > > **Puntos en contra**: My biggest dislike about SiteLink web edition is the fact that if you run multiple locations as I do, then you have to log off of one location and then login to the other location for everything you need to do. You cannot have multiple locations open on one computer at the same time. There is also a huge issue with using DoorKing software and gate controllers with SiteLink when you are running multiple facilities. The online version of SiteLink, MyHub is getting better, but is FAR behind the competition in terms of functionality. It lacks so many features that are absolutely imperative to run daily operations that it forces you to use the Web Edition and spend wasted time switching from one location to the other, even when they are all under the same corporate code. If MyHub had the functionality of Web Edition I would be a SiteLink user for life, but it doesn't and as far as I can see, updates are slow going with no information given to users on what is coming, when it is coming, or any real insights. The repeated answer I have been given is "we are working on that", or "it is a known issue", yet no details on a fix. This leaves me constantly frustrated and currently looking for a better PMS that will do what I need, is cloud based, and will work with my Kiosk, website for online rentals and gate controllers. If I find something that fits those needs, I will leave SiteLink without second guessing my choice. I feel like I have wasted valuable time waiting for updates. > > The only benefit I can say that I have gotten is that it is easy to use for what it is. The time wasted logging in and out of different locations to run daily operations remotely and the lack of a fully functional cloud based solution has made any benefit to using this software seem non existent. ----- ### "Multi Facitated Functionality" — 4.0/5 > **Usuario verificado** | *29 de noviembre de 2018* | Propiedad inmobiliaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 7.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Multi lever User Management Permission settings for each level of user Auto respond features Ability to use for billing, reservations \& reports in one location. > > **Puntos en contra**: Layout . Combersomb and hard to navigate Presentation is a bit confusing after logging in. If you don't know where you need to be you'll spend hours searching. No clear direction for various tasks . > > Overall system is very robust. Allows for lots of customization which is incredibly helpful, especially for reporting. Once you understand how the system works you're golden. ----- ### "Pretty easy program to navigate. Very comprehensive." — 5.0/5 > **Usuario verificado** | *5 de mayo de 2018* | Propiedad inmobiliaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: This is a good property management program. It tracks pretty much any information that I need to provide to the owner in order to keep him up to date on his property and how he stands financially. Most day to day functions I find to be efficient and simple to master. > > **Puntos en contra**: The only con that comes to mind is that reversing payments etc can be cumbersome but manageable after some practice. > > I am easily able to track, manage and report the daily activities of our property. ----- Página: 1 de 19\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.cl/software/105395/sitelink-web-edition?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.cl/software/105395/sitelink-web-edition) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
