If you receive a check from a client that is paying multiple invoices, LEAP has an excellent way of entering them in an expeditious manner. I also like the way that LEAP syncs all of the transactions over to QuickBooks Online so that we can have an accurate account of our transactions. > > **Puntos en contra**: No issues with LEAP. It works very well for my purposes. The only issue that I sometimes have is when I try to sync journal entries to QuickBooks Online. For some reason, it shows that it has "disconnected." We have figured out though how to correct this issue when it does come up which is not very often. > > Overall, my experience with LEAP has been very good\! This is expected as it is so robust, but that would be my only complaint. > > I think it is well worth the cost, given all of its features along with the abilty to have cloud access. I dislike that you cannot work on documents at the same time as your colleagues (as you can in sharepoint). 2. I dislike that the only PDF reader available is Adobe - I find Adobe extremely slow and difficult to work with 3. I dislike that you cannot drag and drop documents into my emails, I either have to make it send in an email or export the document and then drag and drop from my downloads into my email 4. I dislike that when I download something from my browser I cannot drag an drop it from there into leap, I have to open up my files and take it from there. 5. I dislike that in the "preview" option, some documents will show the whole document (I've seen up to 20 pages) but sometimes it will only show me 5 pages. It is super inconsistent and frustrating and I see no reason why we cannot just see the whole document. At the end of the three year contract, they wanted a huge increase in the monthly cost. I asked for their best offer, and it was terrible. Once I changed to a different system, only then did they offer a better price point.
