They happily replied to my message and then provided me with a follow up email to contact (Note: is the exact same email I sent the first request to) Email list verify is happy to assist when they thought I was a customer seeking assistance - Though when they learnt it was an inquiry in relation to the affiliate program and assisting with a payout they have completely ignored each message. I Have also spoken to their live chat received one reply - Then once they knew my question is about the affiliate payout no other reply. Just a terrible experience and business to deal with all round.
