Sometimes the customer service reps are a bit snarky when you’re asking for help. The price is high and their processing fees are higher than most other booking softwares. What saves them is how easy it is for clients to book.

It makes sense why it’s done that way but we run an à la carte menu so our guests sometimes receive multiple appointment notifications for just one scheduled visit because they are booking multiple services in that visit.

Also, not being able to manage the auto emails they send to clients. Like asking for reviews. I should be able to control that.
