We offered to be involved in testing upgrade functionality, and our feedback was well-received and our suggestions implemented where it made sense for the Volgistics product. As the systems administrator, I've never had a complaint about Volgistics from any of our 200+ active ongoing users. This fact alone should sell the product. We wound up having to utilize a lot of workarounds and in some cases couldn't find one.
