> **Puntos a favor**: Great on the go client confirmations and management. I can just do about anything from my cell phone. All in all a great and  convenient business management tool.

> **Puntos en contra**: There can be minor glitches at times, however when I send in feedback about them they are fixed quickly and I get a follow up call about what they are doing to ensure the fix.

> Mytime offers a really great on the go app that allows me to manage my clients from anywhere. They have very involved costumer service that listen and that are constantly looking for ways to improve their product.

Google has recommended several times that we stop using MyTime.   CC processing via Tsys has been decent but that is not a result of MyTime it is a function of the processor.

> If you own a multi location chain or franchise in the salon vertical, stay away.  It is far from ready for an owner that has developed a multi location business.  If you want to spend an enormous amount of time trying to fix the glaring issues with this software then by all means.

I can keep all of my info in one place instead of having communications in my phone, email marketing on another site, scheduling on yet another site, and so on. Everything works together seamlessly now.

> **Puntos en contra**: I can't really think of anything. All of my suggestions or feedback that I send to MyTime relating to the software are actually addressed and they let me know when the changes are complete.

> I started using MyTime when it was just an online scheduling tool, but now it is so much more. I use it for product sales, as a time sheet for my employees, to track sales, to communicate with customers, and for all of my online marketing\! If you are a new user, MyTime can replace so many different services that you are probably paying for separately, and save you a ton of money at the same time. If you are a veteran user (like me), keep an eye on all of the extra services that are constantly being added, like the reputation manager and email marketing campaigns.
