I would like to thank my Bookafy team for an extremely easy and lightening fast implementation. Everything was very easy to understand and Iappreciated having them take me through the system while on the phone. We had everything up and running within one day and I felt confident that their team was always there if I had any questions. Really happy!

As a frequent user, I find the interface very useful for making appointments and managing availability in a very easy way. I also like its automatic reminders and it has integrations with popular calendar apps. In my view, it is a solid choice for companies looking to improve their appointment scheduling process.

I love the chat service they have, the response is quick and easy. I also like that their phone...
I love the chat service they have, the response is quick and easy. I also like that their phone number is readily available... but for me it was really nice to just ask a quick question as it came up... via chat. I was in and out in 60 seconds (probably 5 or 6 times). Really efficient and greatly appreciated.

I love the online chat support feature Bookafy has! It isn’t a fake robot chat, rather it is a live person there to help answer quick questions as needed. I was having an issue with some reports today and Sarah helped me within a matter of minutes via chat. Easy to use and a fast response. Very efficient!
