There are grids that allow for many ad hoc reports, but sometimes the fields included are not what I need causing me to have to run multiple reports and merge them together. I also would like to see more options available for import tools similar to the enrollment upload and user upload. For example, I would like to be able to import courses from Excel alongside the enrollments tool for historical enrollments or manual conversions from other systems. > > Absorb has been a great partner since implementation. The customer support has been good and it's been very exciting to see the tool grow and get the opportunity to be a part of trying new options as they release. However, with time we started to receive feedback about the platform being non-intuitive and difficult to navigate. From admin and instructor point of view, we found the system to be difficult to design dashboards, welcome pages. Although, I liked its capability to import SCROM files.
