Es u software muy versátil, puedes utilizar algunas funciones para que sea bastante simple y funcional y al mismo tiempo se pueden establecer parámetros más complejos adaptándose a las necesidades de cadaempresa. También se puede conectar con otro programa de facturación como Zoho Books, para evaluar horas de los empleados y coste de las materias primas y sacar la de rentabilidad de cada proyecto.

Hay muchísimas opciones para configurar, para sacarle el máximo partido vas a necesitar contactar con alguna empresa Partner de Zoho para que te hagan la implementación. Los partners premium son las empresas más grandes y por tanto los más experimentados.

La facilidad de integración con el CRM. La capacidad para albergar diferentes managers en un mismo proyecto.

La interfaz no es muy intuitiva y el refresco de página y datos es lento, se debe actualizar el navegador.

Te permite llevar un seguimiento real y actualizado de los proyectos. Tiene muchas opciones de trabajo que van desde las más simples a otras más complejas, dependiendo de lo que quieras conseguir. Además, facilita mucho el trabajo en equipo cuando varias personas tienen que trabajar en un mismo proyecto.

Es complicado de utilizar. A una persona que no tenga un conocimiento previo le será difícil de implementar, lo mejor es buscar a alguien que pueda hacerlo y así poder aprovechar todo el abanico de posibilidades que ofrece.

Lo que más me ha gustado es que permite a los usuarios crear un plan de proyecto detallado, asignar tareas y recursos, y establecer fechas límite. Además de que permite a los usuarios trabajar en proyectos juntos en tiempo real, lo que facilita la comunicación y el seguimiento del progreso.

Nada, de momento estoy muy satisfecho como usuario utilizando este software. Ahora si, es recomendable buscar un partner premium de Zoho para que te ayude con este software, estos partner son empresas especializadas que te ayudan con la consultoría , implementación y formación.

Dispone de muchas y muy completas funciones para la gestión completa de proyectos, permitiendo una colaboración efectiva y en tiempo real, y mejorando considerablemente la productividad

Curva de aprendizaje inicial muy pronunciada, tiene algunas limitaciones en la personalización de los informes, que podrían ser algo más completos

Permite visualizar todos los proyectos con los que estas trabajando y permite dividirlos por etapas. Ver todos los programas en global permite el análisis de tu trabajo.

Hay otros programas que tienen el mismo uso y son más accesibles. La competencia de este programa puede jugar en su contra.

No tiene integrado la opcion de asociar proyectos a clientes a menos que lo integre a zoho crm

ZOHO projects have many great features, but one of my favorites is the option to personalize the parameters for project management. The part that allows for customization is elementary to use, but it also meets most of the needs that my company has for project management. I enjoy the functionalities, the facilities, and everything else that this program provides us with to manage a project. Those tools are beneficial and vital at the time to maintain a project and collaborate on it. I like all of the features that this software provides.

It might be challenging to make changes to Zoho prototypes. Its scalability is slightly limited for specific features due to the constraints. Although it helps establish projects, it does not have a platform for individual dialogue. People prefer not to lean on Zoho tasks to convert their work over to Spreadsheets to interact with other people since they find it cumbersome.

The product is easy use , we can say that Zoho Projects is a user friendly software designed to meet the project management, task management , etc.

It has about 1000 features, which is cool. Unfortunately, 999 of them are obscure, unnecessary, confusing, and remain unused. So it lacks proficiency in the most basic and most necessary of features.

Zoho Projects is truly one of the least intuitive, most frustrating softwares I have ever used. It's been nothing but a headache from start to finish with some of the worst UX/UI I've ever seen and it lacks some of the most basic tools a project management software should have. I'm so relieved to be moving on.

This is the most affordable option and it's still pretty good despite the low price. Time tracking is really easy and pretty much runs itself without a lot of supervision. Projects are the core of this app though and it's safe to say they'll be better with Zoho Projects. Easier to assign and track tasks, talk through planning or problems, and set a budget. Also set a time line, task dependencies, and use Gantt charts.

Customer service makes me frustrated because it's so hard to get them to begin with and then it's still a circus getting whatever problem it is sorted out. Would make more sense for them to put more time and effort into it so that it doesn't bring the product down.
