Me encanta la diversidad funcional que tien la aplicacion, nos facilita muchisimo el trabajo sobre todo en tema de pago de nominas , y sobre todo en contratacion ya que somos un sector con bastante rotacion de personas

Lo malo del programa es que no es abierto, hay algunas especificaciones que nos vendrian muy bien pero no permite cambios para mejorarlo.

Es una herramienta que últimamente nos está facilitando mucho la vida en temas de contratación ya que en nuestro sector hay muchas temporalidades,bajas y sustituciones , y en temas de seguimiento de asistencia.Muy fácil de usar,intuitiva y practica

Hay ocasiones en que la aplicación tarda en cargar demasiado y tiende a ralentizar se.

- Almost nothing
- A few features or modules were not up to the mark when they started this up but the company have been taking every feedback seriously and continues to deliver all the possible features at a very fast pace without taking much time.

It's really simple and don't need to additional skills for use it. Any employee in our company can very easily use this program, even people who use a computer only for surfing the Internet. Cute interface and excellent speed allow you to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy when interacting with colleagues from other departments or approving documents.

Some UI blocks looks ugly on mobile, also sometimes have some problem with "date pickers" and when trying to approve forms on mobile devices. Need to add some mobile design or responsive styles at least.

Every thing is very clear like approval stages and where it falls, without bothering to check with your second command for approval status. good i like that.

Not user friendly , like you can not itself change DP or your information until admin /HR personal change. The front panel should be like FB interface to get more attraction.

- User friendly interface and less costly with almost all the HCM modules available in package.
- support for the software is great from vendor

Customization is bit problem and less flexible for localization specially for uae leave and eos calculations.

Web HR is very good solution software for HR. it's only not for HD also can we use Project management, Task Management, Resource Schedule, We can calculate Employee Performance Evaluation.

As a single user with no hr experience I was able to use this software for my domestic employees with out any hassles. The support was real time, fast and efficient. I have been very impressed.

Nothing to be honest, the software integrates with all major software and platforms, there is bo downside

What I like the most for this software is that it is very convenient and processes easily. Easy to use and find the information you needed.

What I like least to this software?Well none so far.

Very easy and friendly user interface, we now use it for our experience claim and travel request and we plan to use more modules in future. like integration with out attendance system and office 365

Nothing major ,we love it , but some small UI mistakes,Performance module must enhanced

Some modules are not flexible to manipulate and so cannot be customised.

From the employee perspective, very easy to record vacation/sick time

A little repetitive during onboarding setup

Love the job module, it´s fairly easy to use, keeping track of employee data and data input is made by filling out editable forms, it´s a good tool.

Please fix the UI so it works on all mobile devices, it´s almost impossible to work in my phone, responsiveness.

Dashboard and reporting is quite admirable.
quality of being customizable is very fascinating
Organograms are also very attractive and informative

attendance synchronization with leaves is not as appreciable as it must be.
linkage with leave deduction or customization as per requirement is not available at first hand.

I like the conversations element. I can easily engage with the people in the company and stay on top of goals.

The visual style. It wouldn't hurt to have a few things that were better from an aesthetic standpoint.

I like the "assign task" feature the most as it helps you manage and not forget the tasks that you need to perform on a particular day.

It automatically logs out after few minutes
