The program is cloud based which keeps us current. Most of the time when I have specific report, feature, or activity that I want, I can find what I need quickly. As with many programs, CORE does more than my office utilizes it for. Invoicing and time entry are usually smooth processes.

We migrated from ArchiOffice and feel that the way contacts are managed in CORE is utterly useless. We've abandoned it in favor of a piecemeal assortment of Office 365 and Mac built-in programs.The structure of projects is also something that can be improved. When a project transforms from hourly to percentage or adds phases, CORE has some flexibility but there are troublesome aspect such as migrating time from a single phase project to ensure it can be captured in invoices.

Having project, time management, & billing in one domain is efficient. Generally tech support is excellent!

All Entries are easy to maintain and quick.

It is very easy to categorised all the expenses

The reports we are able to run are extremely useful to us. You can see how each project is doing super easily.

At first it was a little hard to use but only because we were used to another program. Now that we use it every day, it's become very helpful.

BQE Core is very flexible in how you can allow employees to track their time and decide if it is billable or not.

It has many features that we do not use but I can see how other companies would appreciate the additional functions.

So far I have enjoyed the modifiable nature.

I am struggling to view or change forecast dollars and hours in the same window without having to refresh the page to switch from one to the other. It would be nice to have them together on the same page and update live.

Ability to address different bill rates across account base and properly generate invoices and cost accounting. Very good Customer Service. Simple to understand when onboarding new users.

Can experience an occasional performance issue...usually short in duration

I have been using BQE Software for almost 4 years now. I have been reguarly logging hours and expenses as part of my daily work. I really love the app version in which I can snap a picture on the go from my receipt and toss the receipt away immediatelly. It has saved me tons of time of collecting receipts and then balancing my credit card account.
Tracking billable hours is also pretty easy and there are couple of options to do so for each personality from using project timers that you can play and pause to straight old-fashined type of plug-in. Overall, I am very happy of this software.

I like all features I have to use for my work.

Core is user friendly and multifunctional for our company.

The load time can sometimes hinder the work flow process.

I like that it remembers the usual client entities. Makes it easy to choose the top clients worked on.

Sometimes the system is slow, but that is usually rare.

I am an employee that uses this app to submit hours to invoice billing for our customers. It is easy to input hours, expenses and review history of past projects via app and website

Initially the app was difficult to modify hours and such. I have been using the app for 2 years and they have improved the app a great deal!

Easy to navigate in the CORE to find what you need to do.

At times it was really is slow to use and kicks me out of programs.

Assigning tasks and projects to team members is easy and quick.

Some fields are redundant and repetitive but it's not a huge issue.

Core, seems to provide leadership with all the information needed to evaluate production and man power..

I like how straightforward the software is. It's very easy to navigate.

I wish it was better at keeping things the way I left them. For example, I'll compress all drop downs on the timecard so that it is easier to read but when I log back in the next time, they are all expanded again.

Provide a useful dashboard and time keeping functionality. Ensures that Payroll is correct and ontime.

What's not to like. As with all systems, there is a slight learning curve, however, even the least sophisticated users become proficient is a very short timeframe.
