What I like most about the Meazure Up software is the ease of use and the ease in training my staff. Also, the fact that the software has the ability to operate on a mobile phone makes it very cost conscious and again easy for employees to operate and acquire the app.

At the end of the day, there are no cons to the software platform. It is easy to use, cost-conscious and reliable. A great tool in the franchising world!

It runs better than other daily check sites we have used in the past.

It uses a ton of battery on the device that you are using to do the audits.

MeazureUp is easy to use. Our line check is done quicker than doing it manually on a paper.

Android/IPhone users should have the same functionality. For example, if I’m using apple, I can do the negative sign on the number but with android, it doesn’t take the negative on the numbers.

It gives me real time feedback of what is going on at the store even when I am not present.

Nothing. It has been very user friendly.

It helps us make sure specific departments are keeping the store looking great and providing the customers with product.

Sometimes I experience a bug when first launching that claims my location cannot be found, cannot log out; just have to relaunch the app. I don’t really have any complaints about the app.

Ease of use. It loads easily and it is easy to jump back and forth between reviews if I am doing multiple reviews of the same location.

The dashboard is not that easy to use. Doesn't flow very well.
Sometimes the location does not work. I will in Brampton and it will say that the device is in Vaughan,

We love that we can easily submit an audit and have it searchable for people in our system that are outside the restaurant.

It does not have a fast copy option to quickly create assessments. I would like to be able to copy full sections and just change the labels when creating audits.

Easy to modify and use. This product is also very easy to teach to use. Make the reporting process faster and less time consuming.

It would be nice to run multiple timer at the same time. For the application that we use this program it works really well.

The app is easy to use and helps keep management on track with follow up emails addressing outstanding action items.

We sometimes have a hard time getting local managers to activate their accounts. I'm usure how MeazureUp could help with this. Once managers are set up its smooth sailing.

I love how easy it is to access while doing audits at my job.

I enjoy the sliding tool to keep track of goals that have been accomplished and where we need to focus our attention going forward.

Aside from the software what we really like is the ability to reach out to MeazureUp and have them change things on the fly. They are great to work with.

Every so often a glitch might occur with our tablets. Grant it i think that's usually from Apple updates. The ipad has been the most successful tablet for us to use.

Easy for new management to use. We use it 3 times a day

It’s repetitive and some of the smaller features are weird but it’s done

It's straightforward, easy enough that anyone can pick it up and use it. Simple to deploy and customize. Easy to generate reports.

App is a bit laggy and having to save inputs (signatures for example) is counterintuitive.

This app is simple to use and enables us to store all information online rather than on paper enabling us to pull up information quickly rather than searching through paperwork

Occasionally there is slight difficulty searching up some of the information stored when it is someone unfamiliar using it.

It's extremely easy to use & makes daily tasks quicker and easier to access. Allows for the information to be shared right away.

There's no flash option that I've seen on the in-app camera, and when you "add comment", there's no option to link in one from your device, it just gives the in-app option to take it right then. "Notes" provides this, but it's nicer to add the picture comment under a particular task.

I like the ease of use and the ability to customize it to your needs.

I would like to see it be able to permanently remove an item from a list, but that may be a home office setting.
