Llevo casi 9 años siendo la Gerente de Mercadeo de una compañía líder en el país dedicada a la renta de vehículos. Tenemos ubicaciones en todo el país, incluyendo las 4 ciudades mas importantes, por lo que ha sido extremadamente difícil mantener un buen servicio al cliente. Esto significaba asignar 8 diferentes números de WhatsApp, con el fin de responder las preguntas frecuentes de clientes locales y turistas, y coordinar sus reservaciones y planes de viaje. Realmente era imposible lograrlo, hasta que encontramos a WATI.

Sus funciones nos permitieron consolidar todo el servicio al cliente en un solo numero de teléfono, implementar un robot que asiste a nuestros clientes con sus procesos regulares, y los asigna al agente correspondiente cuando es necesario. Definitivamente, WATI nos ha ahorrado una gran cantidad de tiempo, mejoro la calidad de nuestro servicio al cliente, y eficiente todos nuestros procesos de forma general. Sin duda, recomendaría WATI a cualquier negocio sin importar su rubro o tamaño.

Me gustaría poder direccionar el inbox de Facebook y Instagram a WATI. Asi pudiese realmente centralizar todo el servicio al cliente, y no tendría que revisar ninguna otra plataforma aparte de Wati :)

Good to use application for one's broadcast needs and customer support. It better and rightly priced than double-click.

We are using Wati from the time our product (Quizly.App) was launched into the market. We mainly use it to broadcast our updates to our customers. Wati also helps us to manage our customer queries as well. Recently we have added work flow automation as well onto our website.
Wati has also been integrated to our Facebook market place account from which we generate our leads.

Since Wati has upgraded, some of their automation features are under very high premium. So we have currently stuck to the base version of wati.

Best thing about Wati is the creation of work flows and easy to use interface in terms of template and integrations, have been using it for over an year now for multiple clients.
Pros -
1. Ease of setup, Wati is quite easy to setup and did not require any code even in it's initial phase.
2. Creation of Template and chatbots - One of the KPI's of Wati is it's user friendly interface. Creation of Template and it's preview meanwhile on the backend creating a chatbot is very convenient and it does offer a lot of options to customise the flow of chatbots.

In terms of lead generation it is tough to get the analytics data on the dashboard. While exporting the users who have replied we can get their name and phone numbers but the replies are missing.

Convenient, with a clean web interface, really helpful for customer care team with a centralised whatsapp account, possibility to assign agents, great integration of a click-to-whatsapp on our website that clients love, a mobile app to handle request on the go, quick response, template management. And ZAPIER integration to automate all this!

Mobile app can still improve to have a perfect UI, would also be nice to be able to edit a template directly into wati when it's rejected by facebook

Wati provided easy plug and play to kickstart your campaigns with most needed integration in place (CRMs).
The onboarding took not more than 24 hours. And our first campaign was running within 48 hours.
The analytics however could be better. They can integrate AI to help correcting message templates especially to enable easy approval process.
Creating short basic bot automation is fairly easy l. However these bots can be very simple and complex functions are not possible.
The support team however can be far far better. Most times the queries are answered with links to DIY articles and videos, which is not helpful.
Analytics is okay for basic insights however the product could have much better functionality to combine analytics across campaigns, run comparative studies and A/B testing within the tool.

Not having an account manager. Though wati has created excellent video content for self learning, an account manager facility would go a long way towards building complex products.

WATI is very reliable when we use it directly through the platform but the pricing and maintenance charges are relatively on the higher side. Moreover, the prepaid plan makes it difficult to launch sudden high-volume campaigns without recharging.

The UI of WATI is so easy and convenient to use that it does not require any separate training. Submission of templates for approval on the WATI platform is also a seamless issue. Live data shows delivery, read and replied metrics. Dedicated live agents can handle user queries on the same platform and chats can be marked as resolved. The Chatbot Builder is also fairly easy to use.

Applying delay of more than 30 seconds is not supported on the Chatbot platform and it becomes increasingly difficult to incorporate delays of several hours in specific business cases (for example when we want to send an automated feedback message to the customer after 8 hours of the user requesting a Service Request).
The clicks data is also not very reliable and the callback report does not get fed to MoEngage properly on integration.
