My overall experience has been really good. I think this has elevated my business. I am very organized. I’m able to easily see openings so I can schedule. My 10 year olds can manage my schedule for me that’s how easy it is to use.

I like that I have everything at my finger tips. Easily accessible and manageable. It’s very user friendly too. I’m able to block time off and have process time to book other client in between.

I wish I could include my children’s schedule in my calendar (personal event) but not have it take the time out of my calendar for online booking times. I need my schedule to reflect everything I need to know in my life but not that I necessarily would take time off to do. I.e. my children’s sport schedule.

I like a Goldie. I wish there was a cheaper option as I feel it’s overpriced. And it’s a big leap to go from basic to pro. And sometimes there’s a lot of issues that need to be fixed and there is constant updates.

What I like least about Goldie is I wish there was more customizations available for our scheduling. I wish that there were more options in regards to appointments available. For example if I’m normally not open Sundays but I open up a slot, have only that Sunday available to be booked.

Goldie is easy to use, even for those not tech savvy. The design is simplistic and minimalistic, which is fantastic. Customer Service is very responsive and polite.

I really need to be able to pick and choose who is able to book online. I am not accepting new clients, but I can't enforce that since they are able to book themselves online, even though my main page states I am not taking new clients. I hope this feature changes in the future!

Goldie makes it easy to keep record of clients, book appointments, maintain a schedule, and send appointment reminders. My no-show appointment rate is virtually zero thanks to Goldie's customizable appointment reminders l.

It would be nice to have sub-customers within a customer. For example in dog grooming, my customer is the human but I schedule the person's various dogs under that person.

It's easy to use, I like the color coded options. I like the auto reminder feature.

Sometimes I use it to block a time or set up a reminder to myself. I don't know if there is a feature to do it without having to create a "block" contact, but it forces me to input a phone number. I end up putting in my own number, but I guess if possible it'd be nice to have that be optional. That's really it though, overall it's a nice app.

I have been using this app since we came out of lockdown in Oct 2020 and I moved from working for a large Sports Medicine Group to my own home based solo practice. I discovered the app on google play, and after observing many other booking Apps, Appointfx was the most appealing. I am a Visual Person. The simple block colours in the app make it easy to visualize and comprehend. I love this app as it it incredibly easy to use and my clients find it incredibly user friendly. At least 4 of my clients, so far have chosen to work with the app because of it's visuals and efficiency.

Only draw back was when I lost my phone the other day and could not view my appointments on the PC. HOWEVER... I sent an email to support and was delighted to see that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (my support) had taken a screen shot of my appointments for me! Service and support are second to none! I have worked in the service of others for over 30 years. Having such enthusiastic help really makes a difference when investing in a product, and it is the reason why I chose to stay with the app. I hear that the PC version will be launched this year. I look forward to the PC launch very much.

I have asked for a different support member, As I am not impressed with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his actions to remove payment details of his own accord. I am yet to have ANY help with ANY of the problems which need to be sorted. I thought I liked Appointfix and its ease of use. However right as we speak, we are testing other applications.

I liked how user friendly Appointfix was. I liked how it prompted the address, while filling in (a feature which has since been removed), the support team were helpful (yet did put in place what they said they were working on, being an address tab under a customer details )
The messages were sent from number and I could approve the messages.

The support team, well just [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who is condescending when I asked to have the text messages go back to the premium service with myself approving them. Questioning the tablets I use are able to send text, pointing out they are automated and I can change the out going message.
The fact from 1st Nov 2020 we have send 176 text messages and being told we have used all 500 aloud text. This maybe due to a fault of the system sending 3 reminders to one client. Whcih we have had multiple reports from clients. Again a fault I have brought up with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and support team, yet to receive a reply along with attached photo. Good customer service

Customer care and service really stood out for me, and thats what brought me here writing this review. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team have worked tirelessly to help me through the app. He even followed up with another email to check in and make sure I could navigate through the app. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team are still working hard to help fix this minor issue mentioned above. No matter the result, I appreciate your efforts and concern shown toward small businesses. Fixed or not, I had a positive experience and would still recommend appointfix to others.

Its simple to use, makes sending messages much easier. For a over a year I have used and tried and tested many scheduling apps but I have only stuck with appointfix. I've had no issues, and I have enjoyed the app experience. I have happily reccomended to many others who were starting their own business and still do so.

I have used this software for nearly 6 years now and it is a great asset to my business and I love that now you can put holidays and personal events in their as well. I always have my mobile with me to take payments for my clients so when taking payment I put their next appointment in, great for repeat business.

Sometimes there is glitches when you want to send messages. I have noticed this over the last few weeks that it takes up to 1-3 attempts for the message to show in the text message so you can send it to the client. I don't know if there has been a software update, but I will try updating it to see if it rectifies this. It is just time consuming and usually it is always glitch free and a great system. Also it use to prompt me to send reminders and I don't seem to be getting those either so maybe something has changed.

I enjoy this up every single day , I never had any problems with this up and when I have question I send an email and customer service was always supportive
And most importantly my clients telling me every day how much they love to schedule there appointment by them selfs it’s really easy

I love this I Appointfix so much because it has so many good features, the scheduling really easy, put all information about the clients really easy, My clients loving it to get notification about there appointment, they also getting a reminder the day before (you can manually put the option when they get the reminder) And I can also send the follow up after the appointment, it’s just great, plus people can book the appointment online and it’s so easy for everyone and clients can reschedule also themselves
This calendar makes my life so much easier!!

Few options can be better like instead of having few changing Wiew 1 day, 3 day , or week if I would of be able to zoom out that would be so much easier, because when you have people booked one after another you can’t really see who is booked unless you change the view for 1day or 3days

I really like the scheduling capabilities of this app. Out of the apps I’ve tried in the past this is the one I’ve liked the best. Very easy to create appointments and customize the services your offering.

My least favorite this is an issue I’ve come across repeatedly. Whenever a new client is added - I always do a confirmation text as soon as the service is booked, but I’ve noticed that I get an alert saying message could not be sent. My “solution” has been to create the client profile and after 15mins, then I create their appointment - wish I didn’t have to wait and it was easy as soon as client profile is created to book their appointments without this failed message alert.

The software often sends the wrong reminders or continues bookings even though they have been cancelled.

I was very hesitant to switch from paper to technology. After the paper clutter was becoming too hard to keep up with, I started looking for apps to help me with scheduling clients. Appointfix has gone above and beyond with my expectations. The team is very helpful whenever I run into a problem. Their response is prompt and the team does a great job of fixing things quickly. My clients have loved the convenience of getting reminder text messages and instant booking messages. Since the option to schedule personal events has become available, there is no reason to use any other calendar than this one. Appointfix is my lifeline now. I’d be lost without it. I’m so happy that I made the decision to switch to this.
