I have used for about 6 month and please. I understand some features are beta and see then progressing at a good rate. I just upgraded my plan and hoping to see growth with more automated features.

I like the way it is set up. It's easy. I like the templates. I haven't used it live yet, still learning and getting to know all the bells and whistles.

I honestly am loving this. I have used it for two months and I still feel this is too good to be true. I feel like I have discovered an amazing secret when I compare it to all the competition. Would (and have already) recommend it in a heart beat.

I wish support had responded and the product was more customized to therapists and how they have to manage notes, treatment plans etc. The system is too complicated to make that process doable.

I recommend this platform to everyone and have gotten a few other people to make the switch.

Simple to understand and set up. Convenient for me with never having used EHR before.

So far my experience has been great. They are responsive through the chat feature, through their Facebook page and also offer one on one and group coaching calls.

I really enjoy this platform. The cost is completely reasonable, the features are excellent and well-integrated and the system is user friendly. I'm a fan!

Overall, it's hard to find anything to complain about. It is very user friendly, has features that we need, has features that we currently don't need (but may find a use for in the future), and it's free-plan is ample for a small team like us. I haven't yet pitched the transition to our team yet, as I want to make it as seamless as possible (in customizing the templates for intake forms, branding, client information and fields required), but I can't wait to be done with Office 365, having so many windows open (between Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Outlook). Carepatron is a breath of relief, and will help us focus on helping our clients by saving us so much time in communications, workflow, and ensuring information is consistent and available amongst our team and our clients.

Nearly seamless from the outset. Also, customer service is spot-on - [sensitive content hidden] immediately responds to emails regarding questions and/or suggestions.

Fantastic. Super easy to use on desktop or mobile for both the host and the client. Highly recommended. Stripe integration is huge.

I am very happy with my overall experience with Carepatron and especially the customer support I received when needing to troubleshoot a couple of minor issues with charting/notes not saving. The team was very quick to respond and remedy these issues, and no issues have ever come up since. This is a platform I will continue using as it is an affordable option with advanced features.

It is easy to use and cost effective. They have features that make charting faster. I haven't been using it very long, but it has been serving it's purpose for me very well and I plan to continue using it.

I am fully transitioning all 115 clients over by January 1st.

So far, so good! It has all my needs met with the monthly fees so I do not need to purchase additional features to operate keeping my costs low.

I enjoy the customer service, the easy to do notes and billing, and the ability to contact clients straight from the system.

Overall care patron has been a wonderful health record and scheduler and biller and everything is just so easy and seamless to use there that I don’t see myself using anything else! It’s been very effective and I love the customer service for whenever I have a problem they are right there to help you.

Carepatron is generally well-regarded for its user-friendliness, cost-effectiveness, and patient management capabilities, though it may not be the best fit for practices requiring highly complex or advanced features.

I have used it to provide incentivized reviews for software for Amazon gift cards. But seeing as that I have learned how to review process works, I have also used it to gauge whether or not I think certain types of software would work for me. Everything has been fantastic through the follow through to the process.
