te lo venden muy bien, son unos genios vendiendo el sistema,, y te garantizan que en 2 meses empiesas a ver resultados,,,, al mejor estilo estafa piramidal.. pagamos una cuota mensual y te aseguran el éxito!!
pasado 2 meses no las cosas no funcionan te cambian de operador y empiezan a culparte por la falta de clientes.. que no te valoran, que no es buena imagen que la zona que escogiste etc etc.. luego te invaden de clientes inexitentes o fuera de tu rango o ninguno de tu especialidad... te quejas y de nuevo es nuestra culpa... son estafadores autorizados y que te amenazan con la firma de un cotrato no podes salir y te pueden insultar

la falta de implixacion, de seriedad, la soberbia el engaño, y sobre todo de interes en arreglar o ayudarte

Houzz Pro es una plataforma todo en uno que me ha ayudado mucho a hacer crecer mi negocio. La generación de prospectos, el renderizado 3D y los libros de ideas han sido invaluables para comunicarme con los clientes y mostrar mi trabajo.

Si bien en su mayoría es satisfactorio, Houzz Pro podría mejorar al ofrecer más opciones 3D y una función de panel de estado de ánimo personalizable.

No me ha gustado nada el software, no hemos conseguido ningun cliente en 15 meses. Solo ha generado una carga de trabajo inmensa para 0 rendimiento. Además de las numerosas solicitudes realizadas con perfiles falsos para aparentar un trafico de clientes potenciales que no tienen.

A la hora de solicitar la baja del servicios, no me la conceden. No me cogen el movil, no me responden a los correos. Sin embargo, la mensualidad si que me la cobran y no se puede devolver porque es un cargo desde EEUU.

Me gusta como me han engañado diciendo que tendría una media de 15 presupuestos al mes y no tengo ninguno real.

No uso las funciones por qué no valen. Tampoco el servicio. No la atención al cliente. Aquí solo vale que te gastes 180 euros mes para mantener su estructura.

Es una estafa. Adquirí el servicio hace un año y desde que realicé la suscripción nunca más se pusieron en contacto conmigo, solo realizaron responsablemente el cobro. Mi Client Success Manager [CONTENIDO SENSIBLE] dejo de trabajar en la empresa "casualmente" hace un año también. Para cancelar mi suscripción me piden que me contacte con ella, obviamente no me da respuestas. Necesito urgente que se pongan en contacto conmigo o tendré que pasar a instancias legales.

Es una excelente herramienta para proyectos de reforma y diseno interior . Siempre actualizada !
Ademas , como tiene gran llegada es muy util para promocionar mis trabajos de decoracion interior y paisajismo

Seria mejor aun si estuviese mas integrada con otros software del area

Este software es una gran idea,muy útil y práctica,que me ayudó con el presupuesto de mi casa.Es un gran gestor que te permite ver de un vistazo como va la obra, si cambian o no los presupuestos y los cambios actualizados.

El precio es algo elevado para un usuario normal. Esta más dirigido a empresa pero con la posibilidad que cualquier persona le saque provecho

A nosotros Houzz nos ha estafado.... Hemos pagado un año por todos estos servicios que prometen y desde que cobraron hace ya más de 3 meses no hemos vuelto a saber más de ellos. No nos han prestado los servicios que prometen durante estos 3 meses, y no contestan al teléfono ni correos ni nada.... nosotros nos sentimos estafados por completo. De la devolución del dinero, por supuesto, nada de nada

After almost 10 years with HOUZZ I feel the cost is worth it. We have a large metropolitan area we include in our advertising. The ability to show potential customers our projects is the number 1 reason we use it. Although many features have been added, the only other one we use is the lead generating aspect. It takes attention and time but we do get some good leads that turn into projects.

All of the added features are included in other software we already use such as DropBox , Quickbooks, and Asana. Starting over did not make sense for us. I have looked at some of the features but they appeared to take too much time to get started.

We enjoy the platform within HOUZZ to showcase our projects and HOUZZ Pro to engage directly with our clients and we love [sensitive content hidden]. I think without him we may not have stayed with HOUZZ. His enthusiasm is infectious and he goes above and beyond to assist you and he knows the product.

When we first integrated with HOUZZ we had issues with onboarding and log in which were difficult to rectify until Charbel started to work with us.

I was a longstanding customer with Ivy before Houzz and "the new experience."The transition was easy as well as the learning curb.The library, with the clipper and descriptions built in, has always been a great assist with multiple projects going. It's good for our inter-office to have invoices and purchase orders with pictures of the products on each document. Clients also appreciate the images on their invoices, especially if they are ongoing customers and sometimes don't remember what was ordered. Plus, the client dashboard is a good client relations tool.

As stated, I was a longtime customer of Ivy and loved every functionality it offered. Although the software transition from Ivy to Houzz merged very well, I have had some challenges with the new appearance and navigation through all the parts. We have been managing, and then Houzz presented the "new experience." All of our templates were changed. We have had to learn new ways of inputting products while setting up new templates for us and the new look. All of these changes have been time-consuming.

The project based software is a a must for our business. There are many features the program offers but what we use this for largely is project selection, proposals, and invoicing with clients.

In any software system there is always room for improvement, overall I love that the team is constantly working to improve and seeking input from the users on how to improve. Are there things I wish this could do now that would make our life easier, YES, but overall ok with the way things are working and getting used to the newest version.

Surprisingly its very blunt way of showing people wants and desires and how to help make them a reality

the job estimating and 3-d render program is an amazing tool.

I do wish that there were a way to show the overall cost of product and the overall cost of labor on an estimate to have a quick depiction of profit and material costs.

Great 3d floor plan layout and modeling for a novice.

It served my purpose but all the goodwill has been blown by the very scam-like lack inability to unsubscribe. This shouldn't need to be hidden. Support shouldn't need to be contacted. There is no excuse for a good software to rely on shady means to maintain cash flow. I wonder how many accounts are dead and they are just banking on people not calling?!

Leads, 3d rendering, communications for client with idea books

some 3 d is limited. Needs more options, need a true mood board that can be personalized with my business logo and being able to pull products that are not just Houzz into he template. Need to be more user friendly.

My Firm uses Houzz Pro mostly for presentation of proposals, invoices, mood boards and tear sheets.

Some things are clunky. You should be able to turn a mood board into a proposal automatically, for example. Instead, everything must be added manually. Also, I'm disappointed that our tear sheets, proposals and invoices cannot be customized to look like our business branding instead of Houzz Pro's.

Industry-specific features make it a great solution for interior designers. Wonderful personalized support from the Houzz Team, is always appreciated.

The virtual site-measure tool needs improvement - not sure if the technology is there yet, but as is it requires that the measure options are on the same level - easy with empty spaces, hard when there are furniture pieces in the way.
Can't wait for that tool to improve in the future!

I like the integration between our Houzz profile content and creating a website from it. It allows me to keep a portfolio of our work that I can direct clients to along with the creation and management of our website which is hosted by Houzz. It provides a single portal for managing leads from people who choose us in general searches on Houzz such as what they call Houzz Project Match, to leads that come directly through our website which is hosted by Houzz. They all show up in the same place. With the addition of the website tools and a fair bit of customization of our website using them, it has really provided an easy solution for a fair bit of our marketing. I would highly recommend it, especially for a smaller company that does not already have an up to date website. Also, remarkably, since hosting our website on Houzz our organic search engine ranking is unexpectedly high after switching over a year ago.

I would love even more website creation tools but I also recognize that with more complexity, it might go beyond my capability to use these new tools.
